BG , RS , _ CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a right of entry to conduct the current and proposed activities on the USFS land within the permit boundary and submit a revision to the permit, addressing operations taking place on the USFS property to achieve final reclamation of the site. 2. Buckets and drums of petroleum products have been placed outside the shop 7-7-2000 building. Ensure that all hazardous materials on site are stored in an appropriate spill containment structure. Submit photo documentation of completion of this corrective action. 3. The plan should be drafted with input from the local county weed agent, and be incorporated into the permit through the technical revision process. 4.
