IV. Problems, Recommendations and Compliance Dates <br />The operator is advised that the following problems have been identified <br />during inspections and that failure to correct the problems in ay result in <br />the Division taking an ENFORCEMENT ACTION pursuant to CRS 1973, as <br />amended, 34-33-123. (Recommendations and compliance dates are to be <br />clearly noted. Dates are to be specific; e.g., January 31, 1983 and <br />underlined.) <br />031-83-1A. Clean the dewatering pipe of sediment pond Z by December 12 <br />1983. <br />031-83-2A. Submit certification of sediment ponds K and Z by December <br />30, 1983. <br />
