SUrcp~~ <br />and, based on the pre-mining and post-mining topographies, approximately five feet <br />was excavated. <br />Topsoil: -The refuse pile and the majority of the facilities area have been covered <br />with topsoil. The only two areas of the mine that need to be topsoiled are the <br />regraded pond 3 area and the area where the large fuel tank was. EFCI has several <br />issues to work out before replacing the topsoil on these two areas. <br />-The remaining topsoil stockpile on the northwest corner of the refuse pile was also <br />surveyed. The Division estimates that approximately 500 cubic yards of topsoil <br />remain. This should be enough material to cover pond 4 (when it is regraded) with <br />approximately six inches of topsoil. <br />
