General Comments <br />During the general inspection of the mine site and loadout facilities, attention was <br />directed toward general compliance, problems and violations identified in previous <br />inspection, and orientation of the new inspector, Carol Russell. The mine site was <br />relatively dry considering the amount of rain that the area had received in the last <br />month. <br />
