IV. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS <br />The following identifies enforcement actions taken during this inspection, the required abatement <br />and date of abatement for the violation, previous violations still requiring abatement and the <br />termination of violations cited during previous inspections. <br />No enforcement actions were taken as a result of this inspection. <br />There is one outstanding violation, NOV C-97-001. Abatement steps <br />1 and 2 have been complied with. Final abatement was recently <br />extended and is still pending. <br />Final abatement requires implementation of a technical revision <br />water treatment plan to ensure future compliance with TSS discharge <br />standard at CDPS Discharge Point 004.
