Problems, Recommendations and Compliance Uates <br />The operator is advised that the following problems have been identified <br />during inspections and that failure to correct the problems nay result in <br />the Division taking an ENFORCEMENT ACTION pursuant to CRS 1973, as <br />amended, 34-33-123. (Recommendations and compliance dates are to be <br />clearly noted. Oates are to be specific, e.g., January 31, 1983 and <br />underlined.) <br />83-4. Immediately upon completion of construction or reconstruction of a <br />sediment pond, a certification report must be submitted to the Division. <br />The certification statement must verify that the construction is in <br />conformance with the approved design and that the pond, as constructed, <br />conforms with the regulations. The certification report for the reczntly <br />reconstructed sediment pond must be submitted to the Division by December <br />1, 1983. <br />
