Comments - Compliance <br />Eielow are particular issues with regard to any of the compliance items. <br />Enforcement actions resulting from failure to comply with the Act, Rules <br />and Regulations, and the permit also are identified below. <br />The following observations were made during the inspection: <br />1. The culvert beneath the access road to the portal had been removed. <br />The operator has experienced difficulty in properly maintaining the <br />culverting system and decided that the ditch, as designed, ~•iould function <br />better. <br />2. The water monitoring records on site were not up to date. The <br />operator will be checking the monitoring required by the permit and will <br />ensure that the appropriate records are available on-site. <br />
