Parkerson Construction, Inc. intends to <br />backfiU the pit with inert structural fill generated outside of the approved permit azea. The <br />fiU is primarily broken concrete, dirt, and asphalt. Masonry and sand and gravel maybe <br />used as fill. <br />Inert Materials. in accordance with Rule 3.1.5 (9) of the Construction Material <br />Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board, the following is <br />notice to the Office that Parkerson Construction plans to use the imported inert material as <br />fill. <br />The following information responds to requirements of sub-parts (a) through (f) of <br />Rule 3.1.5 (9). <br />The proposed backfill will be on Operator's lands in Sections 5 and 8, Township 1 <br />South, Range 1 West, UPM, in Mesa County, Colorado. The property is situated south of <br />the Union Pacific railroad tracks and U.S. highways 6 and 50 and Interstate 70 and north <br />of the Colorado River. <br />yards. <br />The volume of the inert fill currently stored onsite is approximately 10,000 cubic <br />Operator's signed affidavit and certification as to the chazacter of the fill is <br />included as part of this notice. <br />
