~~ <br />III. COh1MENT5-C0111PLIANCE <br />Below are comments nn the inspection. The commtnts include discussion o(observauons made during the inspection. Comments also describt any <br />rnforcemtnt actions taken during the inspection and the I'acls or evidence supposing tht enforcement action. <br />evident in Photograph 19 above is a regraded footprint of the spoil storage pile. This is where <br />material has been taken for backfill. Topsand has been taken from the storage piles on the <br />east side of the permit area (see Photograph 19~. <br />Support Facilities The shop and office building, sewage treatment system, water tank, foe <br />area, and parking/storage area appear best in Photograph 17. All these support facilities <br />appear to be in good repair. <br />Topsoil Topsand storage piles A-1 and A-2 appear best in Photograph 17, but are also in <br />Photographs 19 and 20. They appear to be in good shape. <br />General Mine Plan Compliance The general mine plan consists of backfill of the remaining <br />portions of Pit B with flyash and spoil, topsoiling, and revegetation of disturbed areas. Evidence <br />of all these activities is apparent in one or more of the Photographs. These activities are in <br />compliance with the general mine plan. <br />Reveaetation: An area previously seeded and then re-disturbed appears best in Photograph <br />19.
