The comments include discussion of observations made during the inspection Comments also describe any <br />enforcement actions taken during the mspecnon and the faces or evidence supporting the enforcement action <br />Items of concern from previous inspections: None. <br />Byron G. WALKER prepared this aerial inspection report from aerial photographs taken by, and <br />an oral debriefing of, Mr. Harry Ranney, Environmental Protection Specialist of the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology (Division]. These photographs [28-O1-10-30-15(15) through 22(22)] are on <br />file at the Division, and have been transmitted electronically to the operator. A portion of <br />Photograph 19 follows. <br />Mr. Ranney stated that he saw no problems at the site. <br />Hydrologic Balance No surface water is evident in any of the photographs. No erosion <br />features appear in any of the photographs. <br />Backfilling and Grading Placement of flyash with cover by spoil is evident in Photographs 15, <br />16, 19, 20, and 22. The work, in echelon, is underway at the south end of the B Pit. The following <br />picture is an extract of Photograph 22. All work appears to be in compliance with the permit. <br />Spoil cover over the flyash is being backfilled into B Pit.
