The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible <br />violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce theirseverity when considered <br />by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Corrective Action: Within 60 days of receipt of this report, submit proof to the Division that - - <br />there is adeauate topsoil at the site to reclaim the site according to the approved <br />reclamation plan, or revise the reclamation plan to include importation of adequate topsoil <br />to the site for reclamation. In the case where topsoil would be imported to the site. the <br />Division will recnlculnte the bond for the site to include the coct of to sail importation. and <br />the operator will he reauirPd to submit the additional bond. <br />
