Box 571 <br />Somerset, CO 81434 <br />West Elk Mine, Permit No. C-19 <br />Complete, joint, inspection <br />August 18, 2004 <br />Participants: <br />Henry Barbe, Chris Hanson, Mour <br />Jim Burnell, Colorado Division of <br />Henry Austin, Office of Surface t\i <br />I participated in a complete, joint, i <br />were at the mine Aug. 17 & 18, 20 <br />localized showers.
