This inspector did not note any evidence of structural damage to the fence. This Division considers this <br />unauthorized activity to be a problem that will require corrective actions. Please see Page 4 for corrective actions. If the <br />operator desires to rout mine process water via a conveyance channel or below ground structure, the operator will first <br />need to secure Division approval via revision to the permit. <br />5. On March 31, 2006 the Division received written correspondence from Civil Resources, LLC that revealed that Lafarge <br />North America had already backfilled the trench and there was no structural damage to the fence.
