Additionally, Dr. Corley has requested that the water line from the well be <br />cut and plugged (on both sides of the cut) at the property line. <br />Light-Use Road to Monitoring Well -EFCI has used another road on the Corley <br />Mountain Ranch property (based on an agreement with the Corley Company and <br />the former mine owner Dorchester) to access monitoring well MW-65. This road has <br />also been heavily rutted and damaged due to extended use and lack of <br />maintenance. EFCI will need to submit a revision to include this area in their permit <br />(disturbed boundary) and in their reclamation plan <br />Miscellaneous: Due to daylight limitations the Division was unable to inspect the south <br />fan, the roadside topsoil stockpile area and the explosives bunker area. The Division <br />will schedule another inspection to follow up on the issues found at this inspection as <br />well as to inspect the above-mentioned areas. The Division wilt also evaluate <br />additional reclamation concerns addressed in the landowner letters. <br />
