Problems, Recommendations and Compliance Dates <br />The operator is advised that the following problems have been identified during inspections <br />and that failure to correct the problems may result in the Division taking an ENFORCEEfENT <br />ACTION pursuant to CRS 1973, as amended, 3s-33-123. (Recommendations and compliance dates are <br />to be clearly noted. Dates are to be specific, e.a., Jan vary 31, 1982 and underlined.) <br />021-82-7. Permit boundary signs must be placed at the permit perimeters of the <br />Northgate loadout by November 17, 1982. <br />021-82-6. No activities other than these specifically approved in writing by the <br />Division may be conducted at the loadout at this time. <br />
