l..-. • • • <br />V. Status of Problem Resolution <br />The following Items concern problems identified at previous inspections. <br />Problems are classified Into two categories. These are: (1) problems <br />resolved; and (2) operator delinquent. The date that the problem is <br />resolved or the date that the operator is deemed delinquent is to be <br />clearly stated. <br />The only unresolved problems noted to the previous inspection are still <br />in the process of resolution (see Section IV of this report). <br />
