Problems, Recommendations and Compliance Dates <br />The operator is advised that the following problems have been identified during inspections <br />and that failure to correct the problems may result in the Division taking an ENFORCEI4ENT <br />ACTION pursuant to CRS 1973, as amended, 39-33-123. (Recommendations and compliance dates are <br />to be clearly noted. Dates are tobe specific, e. o., January 31, 1982 and underlined.) <br />RESOLUTION IN PROGRESS <br />047-83-07. Work is progressing on the installation of the required mine facilities permit <br />boundary.markers. Flagging had been installed in proposed marker locations, as visible <br />from the mine bench. The installation of the proper .permit boundary markers must occur <br />prior to July 1, 1983. <br />047-83-06 and <br />047-83-11. NPDES and hydrologic monitoring reports need to be submitted to the Division <br />quarterly. <br />047-83-12. The operator must submit an appropriate technical revision which addresses <br />the current mine inflows prior to July 30, 1983. <br />047-83-15. The operator must submit a proposed remedial treatment for the mine portal <br />bench landslide area prior .to July 31, 1983. The remedial treatment must be accomplished <br />prior to the end of the 1983 construction season. <br />NFW PRf1Rl FM <br />047-83-16. The operator must repair the drainage control system for the portal bench <br />prior to the end of the 1983 construction season. <br /> <br />
