The pads were in excellent condition. Those visited had sediment control in place. New <br />vegetation was sprouting. There was no snow left at all and only a hint of dampness here <br />and there. For the most part, the area was very dry and dusty. <br />At the upper Hubbard Creek site, there was a sheepherders trailer residing there. <br />Vegetation was good. No sign anywhere of erosion or instability. <br />At the lower Hubbard Creek site, some additional alternative sediment control is needed. <br />There has been no serious erosion, but the potential exists because of the rocky nature of <br />the site. <br />
