Page 3 of 3 <br />MINE ID M-1985-200 INSPECTION DATE: 10/20/2008 INSPECTOR'S INITIALS: CMR <br />The following problems (PB) and/or possible violations (PV) and suggested corrective actions were identified <br />during this inspection. The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible <br />violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when <br />considered by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be <br />notified of all corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS and CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CATEGORY: (SM) SIGNS AND PRIMARY TOPIC: <br />MARKERS <br />SECONDARY TOPIC: TERIARY TOPIC: <br />RESOLUTION DUE DATE 1/30/2007 <br />DESCRIPTION: There was not an entrance sign (Rule 3.1.12(1)), and there did not appeaz to be any permit <br />boundary markers (Rule 3.1.12(2)). <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Install the required sign and boundary markers per Rule 3.1.12, and provide photographic <br />evidence of the sign and mazkers to the Division by the resolution due date. <br />
