III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />Ex losives <br />Both the explosive bunkers are secure and appear to be stable. <br />Topsail. <br />All topsoil piles appeaz to be stable at this time. <br />Slides and Damaee <br />No sliding or slumping was observed on any of the sites. A natural slide previously observed <br />across from the Bear Creek site appears to be actively moving at this time. <br />
