Repairs have been made to V-notch weir at Pond H. Repairs appear adequate. Pond H was <br />discharging, clear, approximately 2'/z" on weir. <br />Slides shnnp at Mine 1 area adjacent to County road No. 27 hes had additional gnvel placed on it at <br />the head scarp of the slump by the County. Slump does not appear to have progressed any further <br />downslope from previous inspection. Operator has flagged location of final highwall of Mine 1. This <br />backfilled ]tighwall location is several hundred feet west of slump location. No new slumps were noted <br />since last inspection. <br />Wildlifg Waterfowl observed with young in Pond H, Killdeer encountered throughout mine site, Blue <br />heron observed at pond A. 3 pav of sandhill cranes observed at Pond A discharge point, Area 41 and <br />upslope from pond H. Occasional Mule deer seen throughout mine site. <br />
