IV. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS <br />The following identifies enforcement actions taken during this inspection, the required abatement and date <br />of abatement for the violation, previous violations still requiring abatement and the termination of violations <br />cited during previous inspections. <br />As a result an April inspection Notice of Violation CV-9 9-002 was written for failure to conduct blasting <br />in a manner that prevent damage to public or private property outside the permit area. Rule 4.08/4(9j, Act <br />34-33-1 20(o)(III). All aspects of the damages have been corrected and only minor paperwork remain for <br />the violation to be terminated. <br />As noted in the inspection report, the last condition of the violation yet to be completed is to receive a letter <br />from the sanitation department that payment for the repair work on the lean-to and the recording device <br />has been received. The mine has photocopied the full payment check made to the sanitation department <br />and conformation from the sanitation department is expected soon. <br />NOTE: Attach appropriate VIOLATIONS or CESSATION ORDER CODING FORMS <br />Revised 2/94 <br />m:\coaftsharelforms\S 101 <br />
