Problems, Recommendations and Compliance Dates <br />The operator is advised that the following problems have been identified <br />during inspections and that failure to correct the problems may result in the <br />Division taking an ENFURCEI~IENT ACTION pursuant to CRS 1973, as amended, <br />34-33-123. (Recommendations and co+nplianc:e dates are to be clearly noted. <br />Dates are to be specific, e.g., January 31, 1983 and underlined.) <br />No problems were identified during the course of the inspection. <br />
