Comments - Compliance <br />Below are particular issues witVi regard to any of the above compliance items. <br />Enforcement actions resulting from failurf~ to comply with the Act, Rules and <br />Keyulations, and the permit also are identified below. <br />5.02.4 Availability of Kecords <br />The mine has the CMLRD permit application on file. Current water monitoring <br />(ground and surface) information is on file. No blasting occurs on site, <br />therefore no blasting records are on file. <br />4.0[ Signs and Markers <br />The operator has placed perimeter markers at the Northgate rail load-out a5 <br />requested. <br />4.05 Hydrologic Balance <br />Diversion and collection ditches were in good condition. The operator leas <br />placed red markers at the 60'/ sediment storage level of the sediment ponds. <br />~ The operator has also reduced the angle of the outslope of the embankments on <br />the sediment pond A. Sediment pony B lead a small amount of water standing iri <br />the bottom. <br />4.06 Topsoil <br />The operator has salvaged some additional topsoil in the vicinity of the edges <br />of the East Du+np. This material has been stockpiled in small piles next to <br />the access road around the perimeter of the mine. This material is to be <br />respread this spring. <br />
