The problems should e corrected by the <br />dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should le notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />I DATE <br />1. Permit Boundary markers were not posted on site as required by I_ <br />Rule 3.1.12. PB or PV: <br />TOPIC(S):SM <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Within 60 Days <br />Within 60 days of receipt of this report, the operator shall <br />install permit boundary markers on the site and submit <br />photographs demonstrating compliance. <br />2. The Division estimated the cost to reclaim the Berthoud Pink Quarry '_ <br />to include backfilling 6 grading, topsoil replacement, revegetation PB or PV:_ <br />and mobilization/demobilization to and from the job site.
