Box 354 <br />Rye, Colorado 81069 <br />RE: PUEBLO COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Special Use Permit No. 546 <br />Dear Mr. and Mrs. Kirkland: <br />Please be advised that the Pueblo County Planning Commission, at <br />its regular meeting held on June 25, 1985, voted to approve <br />Special Use Permit Ne. 546 with the following conditions: <br />1. A Mined Land Reclamation Permit, an Emissions <br />Permit, and a State Highway Access Permit be <br />secured and proof of said permits and any <br />conditions contained therein be submitted to <br />the Department of Planning and Development <br />within 30 days of issuance. <br />~. If a gravel washing eperztion is also established, <br />notification of such will be given to the Colorado <br />Department of Health so that an inspection of the <br />operation can be made. <br />3. Applicant shall notify Excelsior Irrigation Company <br />prior to commencement of er,cavation. Excavation <br />shall not occur in Excelsior Irrigation Company's <br />right of way without written approval of the <br />Company. <br />4. Special Use Permit No. 546 be placed on a one-year <br />review. <br /> <br />Please note that the "batch and/or hot mix plant" you requested <br />in the permit's application was not approved because said use <br />is not allowed in an A-2 Zone District. <br />
