<br />IV. Problems. Recommendations and Compliance Dates <br />The operator is advised that the following problems have been identified <br />during inspections and that failure to correct the problems may result in <br />the Division taking an ENFORCEMENT ACTION pursuant to CRS 1973, as <br />amended, 34-33-123. (Recommendations and compliance dates are to be <br />clearly noted. Dates are to be specific, e.g., January 31, 1983 and <br />underlined.l <br />83-1. The emissions permit from the Colorado Department of <br />Health, Air Quality Control Division, appears to be out of date. The <br />operator must demonstrate compliance with the State air quality statutes <br />in accordance with Rule 4.17. This can be done by submitting a copy of <br />the application for final approval of the emissions permit to the <br />Division by April. 1, 1983. <br />83-2. Clear ditch D12 and culvert C3 by April 15, 1983. <br />
