Comments - Compliance <br />Below are particular issues with regard to any of the compliance items. <br />Enforcement actions resulting from failure to comply with the Act, Rules <br />and Regulations, and the permit also are identified below. <br />Hydrologic Balance <br />Ditch D12 going into the sediment pond is blocked. Culvert C3 <br />is functioning, but it is starting to get clogged. Ditch D8 is blocked <br />in a couple spots. All ditches and culverts should be cleared. <br />Water was observed in the pond, but there was no discharge. <br />Support Facilities <br />The retaining wall behind the office was examined. This <br />structure is approximately four feet high and was constructed to prevent <br />material from sliding onto the office. The structure is located below an <br />ephemeral drainage, but it does not appear to intersect the drainage <br />channel. <br />
