The upper section of Watershed Diversion Ditch #4 requires maintenance where it has silted in <br />over a short section at approximately 6450 feet in elevation. Please restore the capacity to this <br />ditch section at the next opportunity. <br />Reve elation <br />Drought conditions have resulted in stunted vegetation growth over the entire site. Some cicer <br />milkvetch plants have sprouted but are very small. Grass sprigs were noted in areas that received <br />topsoil but are mostly absent in areas like the refuse highwall. Weeds are not a problem at this <br />site.
