A copy of the field inspection report and the <br />Notice of Inspection ("NOI") are enclosed for your reference. <br />As noted on [he NOI, the Facility should develop a training plan for employees. The <br />training should focus on the identification of hazardous and PCB containing wastes. This <br />training is required by section 2.1.2(B)(3) of the Regulations. Information on the wind <br />gale, noted on the NOI, can be obtained by calling (800) 360-7788. <br />Based on the resalts of the inspection the Facility is operating in substantial cumpliance <br />wish the Regulations.
