III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />Fish and Wildlife: <br />~.lk aamaged s yaw hales throughout the facilities will be replaced as required this spring. <br />lteve2etation• <br />Germination at both the Beaz Creek, and Lower Hubbard Creek sites has started and will be <br />monitored as tae season progresses. <br />Slides and I)arnaee: <br />At [he Beaz Creek location the active slide on the west side of the creek was observed from the <br />Hubbard Creek powerline road. The slide starts well above the sandstone outcropping, and the <br />material appeal to move to this outcropping and then fall over it to the river below. This appears <br />to be 3n acts very moving area and does not appear to be related to the surface disturbance at the <br />Bear Creek site. <br />ikec! a mnhon _S access: <br />Vegeatior at 1-nih LnwEr Hubbard Creek, and Bear Creek sites has started to germinate. <br />
