III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. The slide starts well above the sandstone outcropping, and the <br />material appeal to move to this outcropping and then fall over it to the river below. This appears <br />to be 3n acts very moving area and does not appear to be related to the surface disturbance at the <br />Bear Creek site. <br />ikec! a mnhon _S access: <br />Vegeatior at 1-nih LnwEr Hubbard Creek, and Bear Creek sites has started to germinate. <br />
