Provide a statement of the specific level of scrutiny (percent attendance) CC&V feels <br />appropriate for QA/QC. <br />2. Describe the breakdown in QA/QC inspection in the instance of the finger drain <br />observed by the inspector and how recurrence will be avoided. <br />3. Detail those components CC&V believes comprise "critical components" for QA/QC. <br />4. Provide a description of the working and authority relationships of Bateman <br />Engineering, Inc., Golder Associates, Ames Construction, and CC&V identifying <br />responsibilities for QA/QC supervision, suspension of Ames Construction work until a <br />potential problem is rectified. <br />
