<br />Mined Land Reclamation <br />June 13, 1983 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />The following is a response to recommendations contained in the <br />inspection report. <br />1. The operator has an agreement with Garfield County to <br />start reclamation in Stage L by September 30, 1983. The conveyor <br />will be removed at that time. The approved seed mixtures and <br />standards outlined in the original application will be used in <br />reclaiming the area. <br />2. Some type of temporary reclamation will be done until the <br />area is mined. The Technical Revision to be submitted will <br />address this matter. <br />3. Soil stockpiles will be seeded with the site standard seed <br />mix to preserve the soil in the stockpiles. <br />4. In the area where the buffer zone has been disturbed, seed- <br />ing with the site standard seed mix will be done. Approximately <br />200 trees have been planted in this area. <br />5.
