Or ell, Office of Surface Mining keclamation and Enf~~rcement, <br />Albuquerque Field Dffice <br />Mine Site Evaluation Inspection Report Form: <br />This was an oversight inspection, therefore the Mine Site Evaluation <br />Inspection F.'eport form iMSEIR) has been completed accordingly. The <br />ColGrado Mined Land keclamation Division CDivisionl was advised of <br />the inspection via telephone on September 5, 1587. kepresentatives <br />of the Division did not participate in the inspection. The inspection <br />resulted in the issuance of Ten-Day Notice (TUNS 87-0~-107-11:1-~i to <br />the Division. The TDN is reflected by the number '~ at performance <br />standard codes L, Signs and Marl::ers and D, Sediment Control Measures <br />at number 25 Gn the MSEIk. The TDN is explained in greater detail <br />later in this report. <br />Introduction: <br />The inspection commenced the afternoon of September <br />the morning of September 14. The weather was cloudy <br />light rain. Uround conditions were predc,minantly dr; <br />mine is under temporary cessation. In that regard a <br />could not be completed.
