The mine identification sign was not properly posted at <br />the mine entrance as required by rule 3.1.12. <br />The operator shall poet a sign at the entrance to the <br />mining operation which includes the name of the <br />operator, a statement that a reclamation permit has <br />been issued by CMLRD, and the permit number.
