Ill. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspeetion. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />Sedimentation Ponds <br />There was no water in either pond 1 or pond 2. The gated valve on pond 1 was closed. <br />The silt fence in the pond 2 spillway needs replacement. Pond embanlanents and inslopes <br />were stable. <br />Culverts. Ditches and Berms <br />All four culverts on the facilities bench, CM-1 through CM-4, were clear. All of the <br />ditches, A, B and C, had sufficient capacity. The facilities bench been and the fuel oil <br />containment berm were functional. <br />Topsoil <br />Topsoil stockpiles 1 and 2 showed no erosional problems. The two topsoil stockpiles <br />were fairly well vegetated. <br />Records Check <br />All of the records were checked and were found to be in compliance.
