III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a complete inspection conducted by Joe Dudash of Colorado DMG. The <br />operator was represented by Mark Milner during the field portion of the inspection and <br />by Barbara Valaer during the records check. <br />Roads <br />The haul road and the light use road have been well maintained. The east entrance road <br />gate was locked. There was no coal spillage on the haul road. The county has asphalted <br />old highway 133 which is the road leading to the loadout. <br />Sims and Markers <br />Mine ID signs were up. Permit boundary mazkers were also up. Both topsoil stockpiles <br />had topsoil signs. <br />Facilities <br />There were no problems observed with any of the facilities. <br />Atr Ou itr <br />There were no problems with fugitive dust emissions. <br />S®E,T <br />All of the silt fences were operational along the railroad track. There were no coal spills <br />on the facilities bench outslope. Any coal along the railroad tracks is contained. <br />
