If the <br />reservoir is not located on the Leased Premises, Skelton will <br />provide appropriate easements to assure the delivery of the water. <br />Any such easements shall terminate contemporaneously with this <br />Lease. This water is necessary for United's sand washing <br />operations and dust control; it will be available from approximately <br />April 15 through October 1 of each year.
