Shafr construction structures and equipment have been removed from the site. <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE <br />The operation was in compliance with the general mine plan. Longwall mining has been completed in the 19- <br />Right Panel. The longwall equipment has been moved to Panel 20. Development mining has reached Station <br />25+00 in the 22 Right Headgate. <br />Handling of coal on the surface was as described in the Permit Application Package (PAP). Coal was being <br />shipped by truck and by rail. <br />There was no indication of subsidence that was not predicted and approved in the permit. <br />EXCESS SPOIL & DEVELOPMENT WASTE <br />The mine development waste pit at the 6 Mains North Ventilation Shaft site was not closed at the time of this <br />inspection. <br />OTHER <br />Copies of the second half 2006 subsidence report, and Table 49, a part of the Technical Revision 59 <br />Application, were provided by Nettleton to Walker. <br />C-1982-056.
