The problems should be corrected by the <br />dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />The operator is required to submit quarterly groundwater <br />monitoring results to the Division as a requirement of the <br />Mining and Reclamation Permit for the Gold Hill Mill. The <br />operator has not submitted the quarterly reports for 2000, 2001 <br />and 2002. This is considered a possible violation of C.R.S. 34- <br />32-116(1) of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act for failure <br />to perform such reclamation as is prescribed by the reclamation <br />plan. Specifically, for failure to submit the quarterly <br />groundwater monitoring reports for 2000, 2001 and 2002. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: <br />Submit the quarterly groundwater monitoring reports for 2000, <br />2001 and 2002 by October 1, 2002 as required by the conditions <br />of the Gold Hill Mill Mining and Reclamation Permit. <br />DATE <br />PB or PV:PV <br />TOPIC(S):HB <br />October 1 2002 <br /> <br />
