PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS CORRECTION DATE 1~ 11/ 15/OS During the inspection, it was discovered that there were no boundary markers identifying the permit boundary at the site. The is a problem related to Section 3.1.12 (2) of the Construction Materials Rules and Regulations for failure to mark the boundaries of the affected area by monuments or other markers that are clearly visible and adequate to delineate such boundaries. Additionally, if any of the stockpiles are intended as reclamation topsoil, none of the stockpiles possessed a protective vegetative cover. This is a problem related to Rule 3.1.9 (1) of the Construction Materials Rules and Regulations, for failure to remove and segrggate topsoil from other spoil or of Rule Section 3 1.9 jl I of the Construction Materials Rules and Regulations for failure to employ vegetative cover or other means to protect topsoil from erosion. keep it free of any contamination by toxic or acid-forming material, and maintain it in a useable condition for reclamation.
