(Page 3) <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: nn_19Rn_rne <br />INSPECTION DATE: 9/15/115 <br />INSPECTORS INITIALS: KAP <br />The following problems (PB) and/or possible violations (PV) (and suggested corrective actions) were identified <br />during this inspection. The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible <br />violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce theirseverity when considered <br />by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />1~ 11/ 15/OS <br />During the inspection, it was discovered that there were no boundary markers identifying <br />the permit boundary at the site. Additionally, if any of the stockpiles are intended as <br />reclamation topsoil, none of the stockpiles possessed a protective vegetative cover. This is <br />a problem related to Rule 3.1.9 (1) of the Construction Materials Rules and Regulations, for <br />failure to remove and segrggate topsoil from other spoil or of Rule Section 3 1.9 jl I of the <br />Construction Materials Rules and Regulations for failure to employ vegetative cover or <br />other means to protect topsoil from erosion. keep it free of any contamination by toxic or <br />acid-forming material, and maintain it in a useable condition for reclamation. <br />PB or PV: ~B_ <br />TOPICS}: ~S_ <br />
