--, .~ <br />.~ <br />N. Status of ?roblem Resolution <br />The following items concern problems identified at previous inspection. Problems are classified <br />into three categories. These are: (1) problems resolved; (2) resolution still in process; and <br />(3) operator delinquent. The date that the problem is resolved or the date that the operator <br />is deemed delinquent is to be clearly stated. <br />1. The results of discharge sampling from the large sediment pond/reservoir were <br />not checked. The results are to be sent to the Division. Resolution still <br />in Progress. <br />2. The pond k2 outlet was repaired. Problem Resolved. <br />3. The outlet to the reservoir was not clean. The operator stated that muskrats <br /> con tinually fill the outlet up. The ,operator must submit a plan to the Division, <br /> to keep this outlet open, by June 8, 1981. Resolution still in Prog ress. <br />9. The trash on the road switchback was not cleaned. Abatement deadlin e was Rpril <br /> J, 198j, Operator Delinquent. <br />5. The haul road culvert was not cleaned. Operator Delinquent. <br />6. The disturbed area was not seeded as required. Operator Delinquent. <br />7. She inlet to pond N2 was repaired. Problem Resolved. <br />8. The straw dike was repaired at the time of the follow-up inspection. Problem <br /> Resolved. <br />9. The ditch from along the haul road to pond b2 was cleaned at the time of the <br />follow-up inspection. Problem Resolved. <br />10. A copy of the approved plan was not available. The abatement deadline was <br />April 29, 1981. Resolution still in Progress. <br /> <br /> <br />
