Problems, Recomnenda ci ons and Compliance Dates <br />The operator is advised that the Fol_'ow_'ng problems have been identified during the inspection <br />and that failure to correct the problems .ray result in the Division taking an Ef7FORCEMENT ACTION <br />pursuant to CRS 1973, as amended, J4-JJ-12J. (Recommendations and compliance dates are to be <br />clearly noted. Dates are to be specific, e.g., January JZ, 1981 and underlined) "- <br />1. Additional perimeter markers must be up by April 24, 1981. <br />2. Construct the diversion ditch from the mine bench to pond N2, below the bench, <br />according to the approved plan by June 12, 1981. <br />3. Submit plans to keep the outlet structure of the sediment pond/reservoir open <br />by June 8, 1981. <br />9. Repair the culvert at the coal stockpile area by June 8, 1981. <br />5. Complete the sediment pond North of the road to the mine by June 29, 1981. <br />6. Clean the trash from the switchback below the mine bench and clean the drainage <br />culvert near the switchback by June 8, 1981. <br />7.
