The problems should be corrected by the <br />dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />A 7'-10' highwall has been left below the one of the buildings on site, putting the Ocl. 9, 1999 <br />stability of the structure at risk. This is in contradiction of Rule 3.1.5(7) of the PB or PV PB <br />Hard Rock Rules and Regulations. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Either stabilize TOPIC(S) BG <br />and backtill the highwall or submit a technical revision to DMG detailing the <br />conditions under which the building is to remain as it is, prior [o [he decision dale <br />for the Temporary Cessation request. <br />2. Small trash items, including piping and a Bartel, have been left at the site. This is Oct. 29, 1999 <br />in contradiction to Rule 3.1.5(5) of the Hard Rock Materials Rules and PB or PV PB <br />Regulations. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Remove the trash from the site, and TOPIC(S) MP <br />send photographs of the cleaned area to DMG by October 29, 1999. <br />3. Recent storms have eroded the face of the permit area. Some stormwater control Ocl. 29, 1999 <br />must be enacted, in accordance with Rule 3.1.6(3) of the Construction Materials PB or PV PB <br />Rules and Regulations, in order to prevent further erosion. CORRECTIVE TOPIC(S) HB <br />ACTION: Enact protective measures at the site and send photographs of same to <br />DMG by October 29, 1999. <br />
