The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all corrective actions taken. PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS CORRECTION DATE 1. The Boundaries of the affected area were not marked by 5/29/98 monuments or other markers that are clearly visible and PB or PV: PB adequate to delineate such boundaries as required by TOPIC(S): SM Rule 3.1.12(2) Corrective actions are to: 1) Clearly mark the boundaries of the affected area so as to comply with rule 3.1.12(2). 2) Submit a photograph to our office which clearly shows that the boundary markers were installed. 2. The permit application does not contain maps which 5/29/98 adequately depict the location of the affected area, do PB or PV: PB not clearly show the mining plan, and do not clearly Topic(s): AR, show the reclamation plan. Specifically, the maps MP, PB, TS do not identify pit locations, topsoil stockpile locations, product pile locations, processing areas etc. Corrective actions are to 1) Submit a new Exhibit E map(s) in accordance with Rule 6.3.5 which clearly shows the affected area boundaries, all components of the mining plan (ie: pit locations, product stockpile locations, topsoil stockpile locations, etc.), and all components of the reclamation plan (ie: gradients of regraded slopes, thickness of overburden replaced, thickness of topsoil replaced, etc.).
