area south of the access road that <br />bisects this area will Flow to the east and <br />enter West Mine Contamment No 1. <br />Interior ditch D28 will likely be removed <br />as a result of grading of the West Mine <br />warehouse area. Drainage north of the <br />road and west of culvert C25 will flow <br />east in ditch D27 to West Mine <br />Containment No 2. Some grading may <br />be necessary in the vicinity of culvert <br />C25 and the embankment of <br />Containment No 2. <br />The reconstructed drainage at location of <br />culvert C24 is shown below. During the <br />inspection, the inspector recommended that the intersection with the drainage channel <br />constructed where culvert C23 was formerly located be made less obtuse to avoid problems <br />at the intersection of the ditches. <br />Support Facilities <br />The small building located at the reclaimed SW <br />coal stockpile area was observed partially <br />demolished Contractors were actively <br />dismantling the building during the inspection. <br />The buried culvert in the drainage west of the <br />SW coal stockpile reclamation remains an <br />issue at this time. <br />~.,,"' z ~ "~~%,,~~ ±\~ Coal stockpiles have been sold to a local <br />t..~'.a~ •..` ~ ~;ement plant.
