The <br />topsoil deficit is thus 3315 CY at this time (if 34.4 acres of process a ea will be ripped, <br />and not require re-topeoiling). DMG requires a current sample of the dirt currently covering <br />the processing area, ae proof that the area will not need to be re-cove ed with topsoil. <br />5.
