positive drainage and .water was standing in the terrace. PCC <br />had received previous instructions to repair these areas from <br />DMG and equipment wad in the area to perform the work, <br />however, it had broken down and was being repaired at the time <br />of this inspection. <br />Mine identification, topsoil and stream buffer signs were <br />posted. Perimeter markers were found in most locations <br />checked. <br />A NOV written during a previous inspection by DMG was <br />terminated at the end of this inspection. The NOV was written <br />for failure to obtain approval for 3 monitoring wells which <br />were drilled. PCC removed the wells. <br />The only action taken for a non-compliance during this <br />inspection was the TDN which was mentioned previously. <br />MSEIR: Those items in block 24 marked with a "2" have been <br />discussed above. Those items marked with a "3" were not <br />applicable for the purposes of this inspection. <br />7 <br />
