The problems should be corrected by the <br />dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />1. The mine identification sign did not contain the NLRB 01/31/97 <br />permit number as required by Rule 3.1.12 (1)(b) & (c), PB or PV: PB <br />and the permit boundaries were not clearly marked by TOPIC(S): SM <br />monuments or other markers as required by Rule <br />3.1.12(2). <br />Corrective actions are to: <br />1) Place a mine identification sign at <br />the entrance to the mine site that <br />contains at a minimum: the name of <br />the operator and "NLRB Permit ~ M-78- <br />225" <br />2) install permit boundary markers or <br />monuments at each corner of the <br />approved permit area. <br />3) Submit a photograph to our office <br />which clearly shows that this was <br />completed. <br />
