` • (Page 2) • <br />NINE ID f OR PROSPECTING ID / M-78-725 <br />INSPECTION DATE 10/10/96 INSPECTOR'S INITIALS AJW <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />This was a normal monitoring inspection conducted by Tony Waldron of the Division and <br />accompanied by Clarence Stevenson of the Baca County Road Department. This pit is just <br />across the road from Pit M-87-157 and is the active pit in this area. No activity was <br />occurring during this inspection. <br />There was not a mine identification sign posted at the entrance to the mine site and permit <br />boundary markers were not evident at this site ae required by Rule 3.1.22.
